Afternoon Closure 17.09.2025

Dear Patients, we are closed in the afternoon of

Wednesday 17th September from 1:30pm onwards

The closure is to enable all staff (clinical and non-clinical) at the Practice to attend mandatory training .

 Should you require urgent assistance, please dial 111

or 999 as appropriate.

We will be open as usual at 8am on Thursday 18th September.

Surgery clinics

We offer a range of clinics and services at the surgery. There are some tasks you can do, such as health reviews, using our online forms.

The practice provides the following clinics, all by appointment:

  • Chronic obstructive airways disease
  • Cervical smears
  • Coronary heart disease
  • Diabetes
  • Ears
  • Family planning
  • Hypertension
  • Minor surgery
  • NHS health checks
  • Renal
  • Smoking cessation advice
  • Travel vaccinations
  • Weight management

Minor injury

The practice offers a Minor Injury Service to our patients and can treat the following conditions:

  • Broken bones
  • Injuries to the back, shoulder or chest
  • Insect and animal bites
  • Minor burns and scalds
  • Minor eye injuries
  • Minor head injuries
  • Sprains and strains
  • Wound infections

The minor injury service is not suitable for the following conditions:

  • Alcohol-related problems
  • Allergic reactions
  • Breathing difficulties
  • Chest pain
  • Conditions likely to require hospital admission 
  • Gynecological problems
  • Major injuries
  • Mental health problems
  • Overdoses
  • Pregnancy problems
  • Problems usually dealt with by a GP
  • Stomach pains
