Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- use the register with a GP surgery service
- fill out a new patient registration form online (this will close on 3rd March 2026 so please use the register with a GP surgery service above)
- fill out a temporary patient registration form online (this will close on 3rd March 2026 so please use the register with a GP surgery service above)
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
