Emotional Health Day began on 24th February 2022 on the 25th anniversary of The Centre for Emotional Health. It now happens every year and is an opportunity to come together to focus on raising awareness of the importance of emotional health and how good emotional health can support us through the challenges that life throws at us. The day aims to help people understand and prioritise their emotional health.
It is vital that we increase understanding of emotional health, why it is important, how it can be developed, and how it can act as a foundation for good mental health. Emotional health should be a priority, not just for government, but for us all.
