Due to the nature of locum engagement, their names are not displayed here – we try to hire those that we need in terms of balancing experience and gender on a daily basis. My name is Rachel and I am called a Care Coordinator. I am based at Mickleover Medical Practice Monday to Thursday. My role is to support Community staff and services in keeping the elderly & vulnerable safe and well at home including avoiding care home or hospital admissions.
