Triage Service

The Triage Nurses are able to see and deal with most medical complaints (see list of some examples below) and have access to an ‘On-Call’ GP should they require it, they can either give you advice on the telephone, arrange to see you via an appointment, arrange for you to see a GP if unable to deal with your problem (if a GP is available) or arrange a Home Visit if appropriate.

A Clinician will then call you back at some point during the day, so please ensure you are available to take the call – due to the high volume of calls we may not be able to ring you more than once.
