Triage Service
The Triage Nurses are able to see and deal with most medical complaints (see list of some examples below) and have access to an ‘On-Call’ GP should they require it, they can either give you advice on the telephone, arrange to see you via an appointment, arrange for you to see a GP if unable to deal with your problem (if a GP is available) or arrange a Home Visit if appropriate.
The Triage Service is an enhanced service we provide, unlike other surgeries, to help our patients get ‘on the day’ advice; please note this isĀ not an emergency service.
Our Triage Nurses can treat the following minor illnesses without you having to see a doctor:

If you are in need of urgent on the day clinical advice, please call the Reception Team on 01332 513283, they will add your details to the call-back list. A Clinician will then call you back at some point during the day, so please ensure you are available to take the call – due to the high volume of calls we may not be able to ring you more than once.
