Use this service to request a flu and/or COIVD-19 vaccine.

We are going to run the clinics at the Royal British Legion, Mickleover on Saturdays and some during weekdays and evenings at the surgery.

Housebound patients who are registered with the surgery will receive a separate communication as to when we will be vaccinating them.

You can use this service if you:

• are registered at the surgery
• eligible for a flu and/or COIVD-19 vaccine
