Ben works Monday to Friday on a various shift pattern between 7.45am and 3.45pm or 10.30am and 6.30pm.
Kelly Plummer
Reception team leader
Kelly works Monday to Friday working the opposing shift pattern to Ben.
Emma, Louise, Ben & Kelly are responsible for the day-to-day organisation of every aspect of the practice which employs a management support officer, a medical secretary, a prescription clerk, six administrators and a reception team (care navigators) of ten, who are trained to help you with making appointments, renewing prescriptions, registering with a doctor and dealing with any queries you might have.
