Dear Patients, with flu on the increase, we have some Over 65 flu vaccines available and some Under 65 vaccines where you qualify for health reasons. Please contact the practice and go to ‘request a an appointment with a nurse or HCA‘, tick VACCINATION, then in the notes area write the request for a flu vaccination.
We are unable to give a flu vaccination if you do not qualify through the NHS. The staff will be back in touch with you with an appointment offering.
For children that have missed their primary or secondary school jabs, the image below show’s you where you can access the vaccination. Again, if in doubt if your child is available, please contact the practice.
