Dear Patients,
We have resumed our flu and covid vaccinations this autumn. We have received the ‘ok’ to do both at the same time for those patients eligible and we will again be running the clinics on a Saturday at the Royal British Legion (for those that cannot attend on a Saturdays, we will be offering weekday early morning and late evening clinics).
Please do not call the practice to book your appointment yet.
We are finalising dates and an online form for you to fill in which will come to us to then arrange for you. You will be asked do you want the Flu vaccination or the Covid booster individually or both together. /navigator/eligible-flu-covid-vaccination-request/
Please take the time to read the form carefully as it will signpost to you the eligibility criteria for the vaccinations. We will be sending text message invitations out to book your appointment too, so please ensure we have the correct mobile number for you – you can go to /navigator/change-of-personal-details/ to send your up to date number in. You can also do that on the NHS APP.
Those that are housebound will be contacted separately and will not need to fill the form in. If you are housebound or you look after someone that is housebound you can check to see if you are registered with the practice as housebound through the website feedback form. /navigator/feedback/
